Beyond the ordinary

Certified by Childbirth International (CBI) as a doula and childbirth educator, teaching childbirth and newborn care classes since 2004 and attending over 100 births. Continuing education includes becoming a certified hypnotherapist specializing in fertility and childbirth; pre- and perinatal psychology educator certification from the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH). Trained with the HypnoBirthing Institute and became faculty and board member. Certified Dunstan Baby Language and a faculty member. Trained medical professionals to safely attend water births and assisted OB/GYNs to lower their cesarean rates.

I love meeting parents and sharing my knowledge to help them achieve the birth experience of their dreams and build their parenting style.

Traveling the world, taking photos and hiking adventures brings me inner peace. My grand babies bring me great joy.
